Susan’s has 25 years’ experience in holiday accommodation services, as well as human services in for-purpose businesses in the community sector. She joins our team as a Property Manager drawing on her background and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of real estate in a social enterprise model. A volunteer in grassroots junior sport and non-profit groups keeps Susan busy in her spare time and well-connected to her local community.

Andrew has 25 years experience as a chief executive, executive, manager and development consultant in the not for profit, government, human services, health, community housing, mental health, aged care and disability sectors in the UK and Australia. He has extensive knowledge of community housing models and practice gained from his work as a Board Director of three community housing providers, and experience in developing and implementing ground-breaking community led programmes that have received wide international recognition.
Lee Banfield
Operations Manager
Lee has worked in the housing sector for more than 30 years and offers a wealth of knowledge to the team. Lee has had 11 years’ experience as a Property Manager in the private sector with a company that managed 1500 rental properties. She was also Manager and then Operations Manager of QLD’s Tenant Advice and Advocacy Service (TAASQ). In 2023, Lee won a Housing Institute of Australia award for Outstanding Achievement in the industry and was a Sunshine Coast Women’s Business Network Finalist in 2022 for Businesswoman of the Year.
