With a career spanning over two and a half decades, Kristy brings 16 years of banking experience. This background provides an invaluable edge for our clients, offering a sophisticated understanding of lending, financial strategy, and the economic drivers that impact the property market.
In addition, Kristy has spent the last 10 years owning and operating a successful real estate agency where she managed the rent roll. This firsthand experience means she understands the intricacies of asset protection and the importance of seamless communication from the ground up.
As a long-time Sunshine Coast resident, Kristy possesses an intimate, “local-first” knowledge of our unique coastal and hinterland markets.
