Lindell GittoesManager/Sales Consultant

Lindell has 15 years of combined property management and sales experience along with 3 years’ experience as Agency Manager with Purpose Real Estate. Lindell joined Coast2Bay Housing Group in 2010 and headed the team that implemented the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS). The scheme saw 491 affordable housing properties built across the Sunshine Coast, Lindell is well respected by property owners and tenants alike. She is passionate about her work and providing a professional quality service to clients.

Jacqui SlackProperty Rentals Manager

Jacqui is a Sunshine Coast local and has had extensive experience in Property Management, a thorough and conscientious property manager who will always do what is right. Owners who entrust their property to Jacqui will find it looked after to the highest of standard. Jacqui would love to hear from you if you have a property that requires Property Management

Jill SmithProperty & Marketing Assistant

Jill is a Sunshine Coast local of 20 years. She has spent a number of years working in the not for profit sector coordinating local community events. She has 5 years’ experience in the Community Housing and Community Engagement space working with the Tenancy Team at Coast2bay Housing Group prior to joining Purpose Real Estate 16 months ago.

Andrew ElvinPrincipal & Managing Director

Andrew has 25 years experience as a chief executive, executive, manager and development consultant in the not for profit, government, human services, health, community housing and social enterprise sectors across Australia.

Ian FordCo Principal & Director

Ian has over 30 years experience as a commercial Accountant/Financial Controller for medium size companies on the Sunshine Coast and in London (UK).
